What do I do if my account is compromised?
Before contacting Customer Service, please follow the following steps to help mitigate your risk:
Step 1: Update and Run your anti-virus program to ensure that your computer is secure
Step 2: Log on to your Stayz account by accessing the Stayz website and clicking 'Owner log in' .
Step 3: Change your password by clicking on the 'My Account' tab and following the prompts to change/username and/or password link.
Step 4: Review your contact details are correct.
Step 5: Review your enquiries and bookings to ensure that you have made contact
