What do I do if I do not receive a response to my enquiry?
If your booking has already been paid for and you have been unsuccessful in contacting the property manager, contact Stayz Customer Service by clicking here and we'll attempt to get in touch with them on your behalf.
Please ensure you have the property ID (which can be found at end of the property url, e.g. www.stayz.com.au/12345) or your booking ID (if you paid via credit card on Stayz) ready when you contact us.
Please note that Stayz does not own or manage the properties listed on the site, however we will do our best to help you make contact with the manager of the property.
