Step 1: Update and Run your anti-virus program to ensure that your computer is secure
Step 2: Secure your email account by changing your password and explore adding extra security (Two-Step Verification)
Step 3: Change your Stayz password by following the prompts to change password on the log on page or by contacting customer Service by using the 'Contact Us' button below
Step 4: Log on to your Stayz account by accessing the Stayz website and clicking 'Owner log in' and ensure your enquiries have been contacted and contact details are correct.
Step 5:  Use your email provider's feature to report this email as a phishing or spam email and then delete the message
