We do not allow for transfer of listings to the new owners. In the event of a property sale or change in property management, Stayz will provide guidance on options for creating a new listing. Once you've decided to sell your property, listed within the site, we recommend that you disable the listing within Owner's Admin and reconcile all outstanding payments and traveller bookings.

If the new owner would like to continue advertising the property, they can create a new listing. We recommend that you work with the new owner to gracefully transition future reservations and message those travelers.
