You can update your online booking request anytime. Once a booking request has been made, we will send you an email confirmation with your login details into your booking portal. Once you've logged in, you can update the following details if the booking is accepted
  • Name
  • Contact Details
  • Credit Card Details
  • Address
You can also request changes to your booking, by clicking on the Amend booking radio button and then filling out the text box with the changes required. The owner will be notified of these changes and will be able to make these changes on their side.

You can also cancel your booking from this portal. All cancellations will result in a loss of the deposit amount. The remaining balance portion may or may not be refunded, depending on the cancellation policy agreed at the time of submitting the booking request. Once a booking is cancelled, the Refundable damage deposit amount is refunded back.
