How do I pay my invoice as a YesBookIt Agent ?
- Log into your Owner Admin
- Click My Account
- Click Invoices
- Click on the Pay now by Credit Card link on the invoice you'd like to make payment for
- Follow the steps for the secured payment gateway by clicking on the Pay Now button
- Follow the prompts, enter your credit card details and click Confirm Payment.
- Once the payment is received, Stayz will update your Invoice and mark it as paid in Owner's Admin
To pay an invoice by BPAY, complete step 1 and 2 and then follow the below steps
- Click on the Invoice number
- Note down the Biller code and Reference number, found at the bottom of the invoice. Please note reference numbers are different for each property.
- Complete payment via your banking provider using the appropriate methods.
BPAY payments can take up to 3-5 business days to process and update into our system. Please ensure you pay the exact amount to the Invoice and use the correct BPAY reference number. Incorrect reference numbers and amount will further delay your invoice to be processed.
To pay an invoice by Cheque, please take note of the following
- A print out of your invoice(s). Please ensure that your invoice clearly shows the invoice number(s)
- A remittance statement that includes invoice number(s) that the booking(s) belong to
- The invoice number(s) clearly written on the back of the cheque
- If there is an error on your invoice or you are paying a different amount to what your invoice states, please correct the invoice and advise Stayz of the error in writing with your cheque.
- If your payment by cheque is received and insufficient information has been provided, it will be immediately returned by mail to the return address provided.
- Do not submit multiple cheques for a single invoice. We can only pay off a single invoice with one cheque only. However, you can pay multiple invoices off with a single cheque.
- Do not staple your cheques to your invoice or remittance slips. You may paperclip them if necessary.
- Please include a return address on your envelope should your cheque need to be returned for any reason.
